  • 1. Booking Deposit:

    • A deposit is required to secure each booking.
    • We’ll clearly specify the deposit amount before you make a payment.
    • No worries! Your deposit is 100% refundable up to 48 hours before your check-in time.
    • This deposit amount is part of the overall cost. Your balance on checkin is overall cost – deposit paid.

    2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • For bookings made less than 48 hours before the chosen date and time, the deposit becomes non-refundable if you can’t make it.
    • We understand that last-minute changes happen. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your check-in time, please note that your deposit becomes non-refundable but the deposit is 100% transferrable.

    3. Rescheduling and Name Changes:

    • Need to change the name on your booking? No problem! You can do so at any time.
    • Feel free to reschedule your reservation up to 5 PM the day before your booking.
    • We’ll gladly transfer your deposit to a new date or time, subject to availability and any price differences.

    4. Age and ID Requirements:

    • Skydiving is an amazing experience for adults! All participants must be 18 years or older.
    • Bring a valid ID with your name, picture, and date of birth for a smooth check-in process.

    5. Weight Limit and Charges:

    • The weight limit for a safe skydiving experience is 250 lbs.
    • For customers weighing between 220-250 lbs, additional charges apply:
      • 220-230 lbs: $40
      • 231-240 lbs: $60
      • 241-250 lbs: $80

    6. SMS and Email Communications:

    • SMS Updates: By providing your phone number during the booking process, you agree to receive reservation-related updates via SMS. These updates include booking confirmations, reminders, and other important information related to your reservation with GoJump Hawaii.
      • No SMS Marketing: We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS. All SMS communications are strictly related to your reservation or customer service.
      • You can opt out of receiving SMS updates at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.
    • Email Updates: By providing your email address during the booking process, you agree to receive reservation-related updates via email. This includes booking confirmations, reminders, and important details about your reservation.
      • No Email Marketing: We do not send marketing or promotional emails unless you separately opt in to receive such communications.
      • You can unsubscribe from reservation-related emails by following the unsubscribe link in the email.

    7. Privacy and Data Protection:

    • We value your privacy. Any personal data collected as part of the booking process, such as your phone number or email address, will be used only for providing the services you’ve requested (e.g., sending booking confirmations and updates).
    • We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers, such as telecom companies, to facilitate the delivery of SMS messages. These providers are required to protect your data and can only use it for the agreed-upon services.
